The process of making a tool (full, corrugated cardboard, cardboard, foam, rubber, plastic):

1. Laser cutting (max. 1500x1200mm)
2. Automatic bending
3. Inserting lines in wood
4. Rubber bonding
5. Checking that the tool is in line with the customer’s wishes

We also produce a tool set (first bar, counter bar, trimming part) for the BOBST machine, a label die-cutting tool.
